Dr. Jaeger is a highly trained and experienced Board Certified Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine physician treating patients in a variety of medical treatment facilities. Dr. Jaeger Graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York Institute of Technology, and performed his residency in family medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, in Islip, New York, where he was chief resident.
He then was a teaching attending at Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center and South Side Hospital in Bay Shore Long Island and later joined a well-respected private practice in East Islip.
Dr. Jaeger later moved to South Florida and has been in private practice where he also is the Medical Director to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Medical Director to a Palliative Care organization as well as Co-Director to a Hospice organization.
In addition to the above training, Dr. Jaeger completed a Fellowship in Geriatrics from Larkin Hospital, in South Miami, Florida.
